Sick Tea Simmer Pot

Made with hand dried oranges, garlic, rosemary, and fresh ginger,  cloves, peppercorns, cinnamon sticks, turmeric powder,  and a pinch of cayenne. 

Add 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes then sift liquid to a mug with 1 Tbsp honey, if desired. Drink and enjoy!
